Facility Rental Procedure & Form
The following amenities/facilities of the club are available for rental to members of the club only. Please carefully read the procedures and rules. Contact rental@fieldsclub.com or 770-409-1062 ext. 1 to check availability for your desired date. The form and payment should be sent in within 1 week of making a verbal reservation. Note that pool parties with over 15 guests require paying for additional lifeguard coverage. Key access (where needed) is made via lockbox with a combination code, which is given to you several days prior to your rental. Click here for the Fields Club Rental Policy & Form.
